Comprehensive and Sustainable
Research indicates full implementation of a data-driven comprehensive school counseling program, aligned with evidenced- based practices, takes between three to five years. Our goal is to support the transformation of practices and services.
COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM SERVICES
Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. We work collaboratively throughout the entire process and guarantee measurable results. EC Counseling and Wellness collaborates, trains, establishes professional learning communities, and creates models for sustainability. We will work with districts to assess and analyze data, work with stakeholders, and create a plan to sustain and deliver counseling services to all students.
ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN

We provide a wide range of consulting services such transforming school counseling and school based mental health programs, and create strategic and organizational design. We provide professional consultation, support, and development to identify additional steps to support students, teachers, schools, and communities.  We work to create clarity through organized systems aligning to mutually agreed upon goals. EC Counseling and Wellness works with clients to develop protocols, enhance practices, and transform systems.
